To me Lena was a little ray of sunshine. At family events she always made me feel welcome and included and she was awesome at fixing my back. I still do the exercises she taught me. It was a privilege to know Lena and will never forget her smiling face, I’m sending the Gowing family all my love x

Thoughts
Lena was both unique and exceptional, down to earth, free spirited and generous. Rarely slow at coming forward but always full of love and compassion. A born mother and grandmother, truly one in a million.
